Lord Lakshmi in Tanjore Painting work completed on 31/8/09. It took 10 days(app 15-20 hours) for me to complete this painting.

This the tanjore painting of Lord Lakshmi, done with gold acrylic painting instead of gold foil. I live in US because we are not getting our traditional 24k gold foil here i used gold acrylic painting.

Using gold paint instead of gold foil will be useful for the following.

* Beginners who don't want to use costly gold foils.
* Those who are living in foreign countries where 24k gold foils are not available.
